  • Therapy is offered by telehealth to clients located in Missouri, Illinois, or Virginia at the time of each session.

    Restorative bodywork is in person at Root to Crown Wellness in Wentzville, Missouri.

  • For therapy, I'm in network with Aetna, AmeriHealth Administrators, Anthem, Cigna, Devoted Health, GTEB, Humana Medicare, Independence Blue Cross, and Kaiser, plus EAP sessions through Cigna and Amazon. Private pay is $150 per session.

    Bodywork is private pay. Payment and cancellation policies are on Schedule & Connect.

  • Your first session is designed to feel welcoming, steady, and pressure-free. We'll explore what brings you in, what you're hoping to shift or strengthen, and what support looks like for you right now. By the end, we'll identify a few initial goals, and you'll leave with a clearer sense of direction, always at your pace.

  • My approach is warm, steady, and collaborative. I work from a trauma-informed, strengths-based lens, helping people slow down, make sense of their experiences, and build practical skills they can use in daily life. My style is direct but compassionate: I name patterns, offer clear language, and guide you toward insight without judgment or pressure.

  • CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, somatic-supportive and trauma-informed care, art-based approaches, and Play Therapy. I'm also ASIST certified in suicide intervention. I tailor each session to what you need, whether that's emotional regulation, communication, grief support, or navigating complex family dynamics.

  • No. Because I'm licensed as both a mental health therapist and a massage therapist, I follow a strict No Dual Relationship Policy. A dual relationship happens when one practitioner serves a client in more than one professional role. Keeping those roles separate protects your privacy, your emotional safety, and the integrity of your care.

    • If you receive massage or bodywork here, you can't also become a therapy client.

    • If you're a current therapy client, you can't receive massage or bodywork here.

    • This applies to every client, including if you'd like to switch services later.

    • I'm always glad to refer you to a trusted provider for the service you can't receive here.
