Payment and policies

  • Private-pay sessions must be paid in full to secure your appointment.

  • Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of your session fee.

  • Therapy private pay is $150 per session.

  • We are in network with Aetna, AmeriHealth Administrators, Anthem, Cigna, Devoted Health, GTEB, Humana Medicare, Independence Blue Cross, and Kaiser, plus EAP sessions through Cigna and Amazon.

  • All bodywork is private pay.

Good Faith Estimate

If you don't have insurance or aren't using it, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of what your care will cost. Ask for one before your first session, or learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises.
