Reset Massage / $200
This is the full reset. Two uninterrupted hours — designed for the person who has been carrying it all and is finally ready to put it down. Every part of your body gets the attention it deserves, with no rushing, no skipping, no cutting corners.
This session is for you if you’ve been running on empty, managing chronic tension, or simply know that an hour isn’t going to be enough. You’ll leave feeling like a different person.
Lymphatic Massage / $135
Your lymphatic system is your body’s built-in detox and immune defense–and most of us have never given it the attention it deserves.
This specialized 75-minute session begins with 15 minutes on the lymphatic drainage board, followed by a 60-minute full-body massage specifically tailored to support your lymphatic system.
60 or 90 Minute Massage / $125-$140
This 60- or 90-minute session is a focused, intentional massage designed to melt stress, release muscle tension, and bring your nervous system back to baseline (without rushing). Perfect for first-time clients, those with a specific area of tension, or anyone ready to prioritize themselves for one intentional hour.
What your first session should feel like
At your pace. We'll start with a short conversation about your health history, what's bringing you in, and any areas to focus on or avoid. You choose the pressure, and you can pause or adjust anytime.
No dual relationship policy
To protect your wellbeing and uphold professional ethical standards, Bold & Becoming Wellness, LLC maintains a strict No Dual Relationship Policy. Clients receiving massage or bodywork services cannot also receive mental health therapy services, and vice versa.
This policy ensures that every client receives care that is ethically sound, safe, and aligned with professional standards for both clinical social work and massage therapy.
