MILITARY & SERVICE FAMILY CARE
Therapy for service members, veterans & military families.
As the family of a U.S. Service Member, I know what it's like to love someone who serves.
One of the most meaningful developments in my professional journey has been expanding my work to support veterans, service members, and military families. At Bold & Becoming Wellness, military-connected individuals and their loved ones are welcomed with respect, understanding, and appreciation for the unique challenges that can accompany service. As a registered member of Star Behavioral Health Providers, I am committed to providing culturally responsive care informed by ongoing training in military culture, deployment-related stress, reintegration, family dynamics, and identity transitions. I have long admired the resilience, sacrifice, and strength demonstrated within military communities and consider it a privilege to support those who serve, have served, and the families who stand beside them. My goal is to help clients navigate life's challenges, strengthen relationships, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose, whether they are actively serving, transitioning to civilian life, or supporting a loved one through their military journey.
